Privacy

Plain language first. No dark patterns.

In short

We collect only what's needed to run practice interviews and your diary. We don't sell your data. Practice runs stay in your browser unless you save them.

What we collect

Account details: your email address and sign-in method.

Diary content you add: interview names, roles, notes, decisions, shared questions and saved runs.

Practice text you type is sent to our AI provider to generate Truth's and Proxy's replies and scores.

How we use it

To run interviews, produce scores and reports, show reminders, and research public information when you ask. Not for advertising.

Web research

When you run research, QA Jack searches public web pages about a candidate and company and summarises them with links. Use it responsibly and in line with local law.

Sharing

Your diary is private to your account. Candidates see only the questions you share through a private link, plus any notes they add themselves. We use trusted service providers for hosting and AI processing.

Retention & deletion

Unsaved practice runs disappear when you close the tab. Saved diary content stays until you delete it. Deleting an interview removes it from your account.

Your choices

You can view, edit and delete your diary content at any time. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have further rights such as access and erasure.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date on this page.
